Vertical Processing Professionals terms and conditions (“terms”)
The Vertical Processing Professionals, LLC General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are hereby accepted and agreed to by the company identified within the Vertical Processing Professionals, LLC sign-up process ("Broker"), and constitute a legally binding agreement by and between Broker and Vertical Processing Professionals, LLS, an Colorado limited liability company (the “Company”), with office located at 54 Marietta Dr, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. These General Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which Broker may establish an account and conduct business.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

Service providers
For certain aspects of the loan process and to provide certain services to you, Vertical Processing Professionals employs or utilizes service providers including, but not limited to, appraisal management companies, title companies, closing attorneys, consultants, attorneys, third-party developers and technology companies and others as necessary. In order for service providers to assist our team, we may need to share your personally identifiable information. Service providers are not authorized and are strictly prohibited from utilizing your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than those proscribed by Vertical Processing Professionals in connection with the services they provide on our behalf. Vertical Processing Professionals does not sell or share a borrower’s personal information with third parties for their promotional or marketing use without your consent.
